Update package for the Final NAA Meeting

Our final NAA meeting of the 2018 season is tonight at 7PM at Sarto-Desnoyers (Dorval Community Centre).  There have now been some proposals for changes to the Constitution for 2019 so the Package for the meeting has been updated.
