FINA Waterpolo Rules 2015-2017

These waterpolo rules are direct from FINA.  The NAA rules start from the FINA Standard, then the Canadian national standards are applied on top of those.  For the NAA, where there are conflicts, the Canadian standards would supercede those of FINA.  Finally the NAA Constitution is applied on top of those combined standards.  Where there is a conflict, the NAA Constitution would supercede the rules of both FINA and the Canadian standard.
