1. Debrief of Summer Swim Meet

- NAA provided 11 volunteers—need for other pools to provide volunteers

2. Schedule of TT-A and TT-B
Proposal for Two (2) Sessions at TT-A
- Brought forth due to reduction in lanes (4)
- VPSwim advances third option, to maintain one session and send 1-2 teams to TT-B

4. Officiating
Officials and Coaches Briefing
- Points to specify at meeting?
- Runners must ensure to distribute proper cards to lanes during 25m events.
- Referee and VPSwim to hold meeting at TT-B
- Referee/other to hold meeting at TT-A
- Standard meeting document to be made for consistency of information.
Standardization of DQ’s
- Determine DQ standard.
- Hold meeting with volunteers next week ahead of Saturday.
Decorum for Volunteers
- White shirt for volunteers, red for officials
Jury of Appeal and Protests
- Must be completed within 30 mins
- Procedure and person to inform must be clarified
5. Registration, Entries and Results
Total Number of Entries
- Deadline extended to Wednesday. Deck entries are permitted
Recording
- Recording to use modified version of online Results Sheet (as was case for SSM 2024)—sheet to be reviewed by M. Chown.
Results
- Results are not published until signed off by Ref.
- Results to be online only—no paper at events.

- Pres. and VPSwim to speak prior to start (President: Div. A; VPSwim: Div. B)
