Recording
- Recording to use modified version of Dual Meet Results Sheet (as was case for SSM 2024)
- SSM 2024 did not require sign-off by referee—procedure for SSM 2025 to be established
Results
- Results to be available live, online only, unless printer available at THO.

- Pres. and VPSwim to speak prior to start

Awards (+ Contest)
- DDO Swimming to provide bursary to top FR ‘8 an Under’ boy and girl. Awarding at lunch?
- Medal awarding throughout event? Confirming w/ Pres. re: awards.
- Organize a medal + photo booth. Homemade THO backdrop?
- To be feasible, need for 1 volunteer on awards.
- Air Canada raffle to be run in conjunction w/ Air Canada Foundation—refer to Pres.
Team Cheering

7. Preparation for Time Trials and Big Meet
Meet Package and Other Details
- Standardize Meet Info on NAA website—move away from PDF’s
- Hosting Pools to send meet package info at least 1.5 week in advance to allow for uploading to website.
Organization of Events
- Use SSM as model + test for any issues
- TT and BM to use new Results Sheet—move away from Excel.
- Need to scout for volunteers and officials early
- Find sponsors for food—VPSwim to find contacts from 2024 BM grocery sponsors.
