Calendar of 2025 Clinics Released
The NAA is happy to organize, in collaboration with dedicated volunteers and member pools, four trainings for officiating.
Spread the word! We’d love to get as many people as possible to join these trainings. They’re free!
Introduction to Swimming Officiating
This training provides you with an official certification from Swim Canada. This course is required in order to get certified in other Swim Canada courses.
Kids over 12, parents, community members, coaches, swimmers… All are welcome!
We’re encouraging member pools in getting the leaders from all the pools to join this training.
Two different dates are offered; participants only need to attend one session.
Option 1

Crash Course on Using the NAA Results Sheet
This training is an in-house NAA workshop to help recorders understand how to fill out the standard NAA online Results Sheet.
June 27, from 19:00 to 20:00
The meeting will be held online.
Judge of Stroke and Inspector of Turn
This training provides you with an official certification from Swim Canada. However, participants must have completed the introduction course in order to get the official certification.
Nonetheless, all are welcome to join! Those wishing to acquire additional knowledge, or volunteer at select NAA Dual Meets may participate and volunteer throughout the summer.
