Every year the Constitution requires that we toss a coin (yes, I mean literally throw a coin into the air) to determine which relays will be medley versus freestyle in the Time Trials and Big Meet at the end of the season. 8 and under and 9-10 age categories are always freestyle so we only have to toss a coin for the 11’s and up.
